i used to be and lpn for what thats worth and i can tell you that my son has had several colds due to his germy older sister whos in kindergarten and you need to talk to your childs physician and get a nebulizer…it works wonders and you can find the machine online for cheap! goodluck guys

Deanna…I am in the same boat as you w e a few weeks ago, my baby is 9 1/2 weeks, has congestion in nose and chest.He’s cophing something awful too.
what did you end up doing for your baby’s cold?
As for constipation sometimes an ounce of pear/prune/apple juice, filled with mostly water can help. Also Mirilax is a wonderful over the counter bowel life saver!

My baby Logan who’s now a Month and 2 weeks, has really bad chest congestion, and he’s always constipated, I really don’t know what to do and my pediatrician says it will go away by itself in a week or two, but I don’t believe it. Any way I can help my baby feel better? Please
